• Module 1 — The Federal Hiring Framework. How the system works, how applications are screened before a human reviews them, and what category rating means for your competitive standing. • Module 3 — Grade Targeting. How the federal government determines what grade your experience supports, what specialized experience actually means in the language HR uses, and how to identify the grade your record supports before you apply. Includes the competitive reality insert on education as a discriminator.
• Module 4 — Federal Resume Structure. The specific format, length, content, and language conventions that federal resumes require. Includes Module 4A: two fully worked federal resume examples at GS-5 and GS-11 for a GS-0343 position.
• Module 5 — Announcement Compliance. How to read a vacancy announcement the way HR reads it, what the specialized experience section is actually telling you, and how to verify your application addresses every requirement before you submit.
• Module 6 — The Occupational Questionnaire. The scored instrument that determines your initial category placement. How the questionnaire scoring works, how to calibrate your self-ratings, and how to avoid the three failure modes that cost qualified applicants their Best Qualified placement.
