• Module 3 — Grade-Calibrated Language. The precise language for writing at grade across GS-9 through GS-14. Independence indicators, scope language, action verbs calibrated to each grade level. The five indicators HR uses to place your bullets.
• Module 4 — Narrative Block Library. Grade-calibrated, series-specific narrative blocks for each target series drawn from your inventory. Written once. Reusable for every application going forward.
